There are 3 tiers of packages. A one off consultation and feedback, 12 weeks ongoing 1-2-1 support and a 6 month lifelong habits program. See the Package options page for further info.

Do you work with non-athletes?

Yes! I specialise in working with functional fitness athletes but also have a large number of non-athlete clients. I work with all types of people to help them achieve their health goals.

Can I spread the cost of my payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Once you have paid the initial deposit of £100 you can spread the coast over the length of time we work together.
